Building on the success of Phase 1, which facilitated Little Lovelies Nanny Agency’s expansion across the country, Phase 2 aimed to further enhance the platform’s capabilities, focusing specifically on the agency’s permanent recruitment services. This phase included a complete rebuild of the administration portal, the development of a custom CRM designed for recruitment, and major user experience improvements, all geared towards streamlining operations and improving both customer and nanny interactions and user experience.

Client Background
Little Lovelies Nanny Agency is a leading provider of childcare services, offering both babysitting and nanny placements on a national scale. Phase 1 helped the agency expand its babysitting services across the country, allowing them to serve a growing number of families and nannies. After experiencing the success of the initial custom app to support babysitting bookings, the decision was made to replace multiple existing tools used for permanent recruitment with a fully integrated platform. With increased demand for permanent nanny placements, the agency required a streamlined solution to manage the recruitment process efficiently for both clients and nannies.

Limited Recruitment Support

Key administrative tasks, such as posting jobs, reviewing and tracking nanny applications, preparing nanny profiles, and transferring questionnaires and other client and nanny data into the CRM, were labor-intensive and time-consuming.

Communication between nannies and families occurred outside the app via SMS, leaving staff unaware of whether or when nannies had contacted families, leading to a lack of visibility and control.
